Savrindra Nath Bhaduri has been steering the business towards corporate success and global recognition since 1976, when he laid the foundation of Indian Microwave Laboratory (IML). He is a pioneer in the field of manufacturing microwave components including Microwave Diodes in India. The diverse experience he amassed during this period, coupled with an innate passion has guided him since. This superiority was a normal result of strenuous efforts, tireless hard work, holistic planning and continuous improvement under a wise and conscious leadership that devoted itself to providing all the chances for the advancement of the company.

S.N.Bhaduri started his professional career at the age of 18 in the Indian Air force (IAF) in 1952, joining Air Force Ground Training School at Jalahalli, Bangalore, India. After completion of 2 years of Military & Technical Training, his first  posting was at  Nazafgarh, on the outskirt of Delhi – serving at a Signals Unit (SU),  later equipped with most latest & advanced Radar Equipment, acting as the backbone of ‘Air Defense Complex’ system for India’s Capital i.e. Delhi and its surrounding area during mid 1950’s.

During his last posting at Agra (1959-1961), he gained experience in the Assembly & Commissioning, a latest & world’s most advanced Mobile Radar Complex system, all designed and manufactured by the famous Marconi Wireless Co. England. By the year 1961, he had completed the mandatory service of 9 years with the Air Force. He proceeded to England to pursue Post Graduate studies in Microwave Engineering at London University (UK) and gained working experience with various leading International Communication Equipment manufacturers like Marconi  Wireless Co. at Chelmsford, England. This company named after “Guglielmo Marconi” an Italian Engineer who was supposed to be the first person, who practically proved & exhibited the use of “wireless waves” for Communication & other uses like RADAR. Later system was the savior of Great Britain from the massive destruction from the air by the German Air bombing. During the war, Marconi Co. was the nerve center of developing & manufacturing Radar System for the Allies during World War II (1939 to 1945).

Later he joined Decca Navigator Co, an internationally famous Electronic Land & Sea Survey System Co. They assigned him to install in India a Highly Accurate Sea Bed Survey system, called HI-FIX,  used  to survey seabed of Bay of Cambay in  Gujarat ,  for underground OIL exploration in collaboration with the Indian Navy.

In 1969 S.N.Bhaduri joined Standard Telephone Company (STC) Basildon, England for Waveguide Component development for use in Subscriber’s Trunk Dialing System (STD). STC assigned him to conduct a training course for a batch of Kuwaiti Communication Engineers’ in Broadband Communication System (BCS), in Kuwait. This gave him unprecedented levels of success and a well-deserved accolade from his peers and seniors.

1976 S.N.Bhaduri decided to return to his homeland Varanasi, India with the wealth of abundant knowledge that he had acquired and laid the foundation of Indian Microwave Laboratory (IML).
